Someone mentioned  a few days ago a Bishop Brown in reference to the BCP.  
Can anyone provide a reference for me to seek?  Not sure who Bp Brown is.

DC: I believe that the Bishop Browne that you are thinking of is
Harold Edward Browne, who was Bishop of Winchester in the 19th
Century.  His book, An Exposition of the Thirty-Nine Articles of
Religion: Historical and Doctrinal was referenced.
