Why does a
priest object to being called 'Father'?

DC: Those whom I've sired -- thus far none -- are free to address me
as such. I find "Drew" preferably, although if one wants to be formal
(and since I've not yet earned or had conferred upon me a Doctorate),
"Mr. Collins." "Father" is actually a fairly new term for Anglican
Clergy.

Earlier this year I was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel by Governor
Ernie Fletcher of the Commonwealth. If you want to call me "Colonel
Collins," that's ok by me.

SDG!

Drew
