Tract 90 is an acceptable interpretation in some Anglican jurisdictions, but it has never been so in the Anglican jurisdiction of which he is a bishop. Tract 90 is not acceptable hermeneutical grid for the Articles; Newman even repudiated that work after he went to Rome. See Frank Turner's book; "John Henry Newman" published by Yale University Press in 2003. It is a big book.expensive yet worth the effort. Liturgy conveys biblical truths but liturgy has to be shaped around the biblical doctrinal distinctives being set forth in worship.
