I have met and spoken at length with Bishop Sutton some years ago and found him to be a mild irenic man,possibly (my words) imprisoned by some of the extreme views of some in the REC. The item about Tract 90. Well candidly would not both Card Newman and the REC (to a greater or lesser degree) have to almost inevitably put a caveat on that document? Blessings.
