I've been using another shareware product called SnapzPro.  I does all this
stuff real well and allows you to save to the clipboard, or to a folder in a
variety of formats.  I store them as documents for my bit map editing program.
It is put out by Ambrosia Software and is on most shareware sites.  I use it
for my documentation and for teaching documents.  It's great.
