Since I switched to my G3/266 portable I can no longer
find "programmer's keys".

Does anyone know how to:
* drop into MacsBug
* do a restart (not SHIFT-FN-CTRL-OPTION-POWER as this
  zaps some of my PRAM and just shuts down, no restart)
* force an app to quit.

None of the old "desktop" shortcuts work anymore.
