Subject: [JOB] GSM Comms

I am chasing information on how to create a small application to talk
through a GSM card (or perhaps IrDA interface)/serial interface to a mobile
GSM phone for the purposes of sending and receiving SMS text messages.
I would ideally be looking for some assistance to get started. I am hoping
to develop the application in RealBasic 2 (or C or Pascal). If anyone has
input or would like to assist or to develop the application further I'm sure
we could come to some agreement.
I have been unsuccessful with current attempts to contact the right people
that have the information. ie Nokia.
