The problem is simply that you didn't give the entire URL.

When posting URLs it is important to specify the exact file name if the 
destination server doesn't have a default set.

It's also a good idea to include the leading "http://" as with the use of 
the IceT extension (part of Internet Config).

So the following URL works fine:
