On a daily basis, I'm developing FB2 code under 8.6, on three different
PowerMacs (7300/200, G3/500, Powerbook G3/400. I have absolutely no problems
with FB2 (2.3.1) on any of them. And the programs are big (30,000+ lines),
with AppleTalk, MacinTalk, AppleEvents all running within the programs. So I
guess it's probably your code or a corrupted MacOS. Try a reload of 8.6 and
see if the problems still occur. If they do ...
