because Pantone is explicitly a printing standard.

That said, I expect there are standard curves or formulas you can find 
for converting CMYK to RGB, so you could apply that to a CMYK chart to 
get the values you need. 

Or you can open one of the Pantone charts that come with Adobe 
Illustrator and use the Photoshop eyedropper (or some other screen-color 
reading utility--didn't you write one?) to read off the RGB values.

I'm sure that's not the answer you were looking for, but I hope it helps 
a little anyway.
