I have just converted a project and it exhibits the same problem. It 
actually affects the whole OS (it starts truncating the window names 
by a couple of characters). And since FB3 is the only time that the 
problem shows up and its repeatable I'd hazard a guess that there's 
something I'm still doing the old FBII way that FB3 does different.

If I manage to nail it down, I'll post what I find.
