At least I know I'm not Whistlin' Dixie.. That is a START..

The WHOLE STORY

At present .. The key strokes are for my convenience during "Composition"

So Joe .. The User is me .. I'll modify when the "Book Goes To Print"

What I've done is made a couple "Universal" Select/case Events that slip 
into my Dialogs .. With a couple hundred of them (By the time I'm done) 
... I can modify all of them "With One Easy Payment" .. as the lone shark 
says

Bill .. If'in I'da knew how to "Call" them there 6 keys above the arrows 
.. I'd of done DOOD IT  LOOOOONG AGO .. But I think BowerBird "Put Me 
Straight" on them

They'uns were a real mystery to this thick headed Swede ..

and them there F Keys .. A BIGGER MYSTERY ..

>1c.  the trapping part is very easy, done in fn dodialog.
>check me, but when evnt=16, id=number listed for each key:
>     28=left (30?)
>     29=right (31?)
>     30=up 
>     31=down
Here is where I was lost .. So .. If I read the below right .. I just add 
these at the same place in the Dialog where I have my Arrows
>     11=page-up
>     12=page-down
>     1=home
>     4=end (or maybe it's 5?)

And .. To all .. I sure would be beholden for some further guidance ..
