Supposed you've use the PICTURE ON, did some quickdraw commands, then
PICTURE OFF. Now you have a handle to the picture but its all in quickdraw.
It would be nice if you could then "flatten" it so its only a bit map and
then save the bitmap as a PICT file or copy it to the clipboard.

But just what does one do to "flatten" a PICT to a bitmap? And then how to
save or copy as a PICT again?
