Chris: Staz Software offers the best support of any software I have ever owned, bar none. FB/PG:PRO is a joy to use... I have always thought FB:PG Pro was under priced by a factor of three to four... Maybe the model does not work for software but as a freelance photographer in New York and Washington DC over a period of twenty five years the more my basic fee went up, the more work I got. My customer base changed in this process. The budget-challenged dropped off to be replaced by customers who not only had deeper pockets but also were by and large more professional to deal with. If it will help, Put me down for two prepaid copies of FB3 I'll buy stock also.... Have you thought about setting up a pro-level support plan, say $300.00 per quarter or $1,000 per year?
