Hi FB programmers,

have told me that the list digests:

ftp://topo.math.u-psud.fr/pub/lcs/fb/FBdigests2000/

are not accessible via Netscape or IE, but only by
ftp, Fetch, and Lynx an similar animals.
If you can confirm this is still the case today, 
I'll try to improve the situation.
