Not so obvious, I would never had thought of a separate field for every digit. Too slow I think also without a second window , which I don't want hanging around. The problem is compounded when I want to Print Preview this data in a scrolling window. Thanks anyway it did prompt a solution which was a combination of Jay's suggestion and another.
