Yes.  The only way it would be legal is if you deleted it off of your 
hard drive and gave him the manuals and packing along with the master 
disks.  If that's what he wants, then...cool beans.  So be it.  But I 
have a hard time believing anyone is going to want to let all of that go 
for less than the price they paid for it.
