In response to Ken's questions about Copybits and Copymask,etc.  as regards
applcations to skins etc, I worked a demo for him with my old TweenMachine
interface to show some possible ways to handle mouseovers, button clicks,
and buttons, and copymask as implemented in a slider of sorts.

It isn't the prettiest code, nor necessarily the best way to implement such
in all cases, but should give ideas to those who need them.
