hmmm! I think there is a mistake in Jonathan's table: entity 200
(ASCII 131) is Eacute.
Thanks for the work anyway, I have updated SimpleText2HTML adding at
the same time the possibility to display pictures (converted to JPEG files).
Jonathan, could you give me once again the info for the updating of
the HTML tags?
