this really depends on what you want to do... when i have to do
presentations i use html. just as flexible, x-platform and generally smaller
than powerpoint files. other solutions might be director, a slide-show app
[with your pages as picts in a folder], hypercard [or hyperstudio, or
supercard] as others have pointed out. i have also done presentations in
quarkxpress and photoshop [a layer for each image] before. it all really
depends on your need.
