The FB list digests for November 2001 are up on:

a modest file of about .5 mo before compression.

Compression is done by MacGzip1.1.3 in Macbinary mode.
MacGzip1.1.2 is available ibid. and 1.1.3 from:

      http://www.cps.unizar.es/~spd/

Beware:  These digests are probably inccessible to both
Netscape and IE. Try NCSATelnet or Fetch or ... (More
exactly, they're accessible to anything that uses ftp
PORT access and not PASV.)

PS.  This month you get both a full strength XXX version
(with a dash of offensive language) and and a laundered
000 version of the digests. List mother can decide which
if either becomes permanent.  I believe it can be proved
on the basis of the digests that acrimony of any sort
causes a surprisingly sharp drop in list traffic, and
this month is no exception with its 40% drop. RC and I
have collected well deserved speeding tickets in the
process. Bad news --- though maybe not as bad in
the long run as the opposite excesses:- blandness
toadying and hypocrisy.
