She "mass-subscribed" to every list on the server. Glen first killed all 
the subscriptions, and emailed her asking "why would you want to do 
that". Got a reasonable reply (she's blind, has a text-to-speech system, 
the Christian lists are her hobby) and re-subscribed her to the subset of 
lists she really wanted. She was only on the FB list for a few minutes...
