I ran a spamcop.net check on them and the emails look like a mistake 
of some sort and not really spam. They are not trying to hide their 
identity and the email comes directly from cox.net. A complaint to 
their abuse department might be an overkill -- I would hate to turn 
in someone I know who just left a "reply while I'm gone" option 
turned on -- but, if it keeps up  (i.e., a few more), I'll make the 
complaint.
