I have a program that was written in C for Windows, it compiles to a 
DOS executable. It consists of a number of mathematical equations 
that determines Magnetic Declination. It reads data from a text file.

I would like to have this C program converted over to a FB function. 
The C code looks pretty simple, but the formation is Greek to me. I 
have a little $$ available to make this conversion.
