1) I'm having difficulty controlling the Application Menu which is apparently 
automatically inserted by the FB runtime.

2) I would like to create my own by using a MBAR resource.   I understand 
that "About", "Preferences", and "Quit" have to be placed here in OSX, but don't 
see the need for "Services" and "Hide".

Does anyone know how to disable this feature?   I'm assuming that this is a 
part of the runtime.   Thanks.
