How can I obtain the size and top, left coordinates of an appearance 
button?
How come not all appearance buttons will generate an event when the 
mouse is rolled over it?
Buttons such as _kControlPlacardProc _kControlStaticTextProc  and 
several others
What appearance button type should be used for a color well, where I 
can detect a click and fill it with a color or styled text ?
