Too many hours browsing the Apple developers site but I never heard of this neat trick. In OSX open the Library folder. Create a new folder called "PDF Services" In that folder place a alias of Acrobat Reader. Now do a print command from any application. You will have picture buttons instead of push buttons and the Save as PDF button will have the Acrobat Reader alias shown. Select it and you create and then view a pdf file in one step. Pretty cool. You can also place apple scripts here to create an email and attach your PDF. ANy application you use for the alias is launched and then tries to open the PDF. Happy Holidays David
