You should check with your ISP to see if they support WebDav. Mine doesn't but my wife's does. If they support it the ISP probably provides a control panel for you web hosting account where you can set up your WebDav directories and passwords. That is how my Wife's account works. Once it is setup you can use iCal to publish and subscribe your calendars. It is built into iCal and is very easy to use.
