I have a customer in Quebec reporting a strange problem.
He says that whenever he runs MacWise, his keyboard switches to USA.
Before running MacWise, the keyboard is set to French Canadian.
In his International Preference Panel, he has the Input Menu set to  
"Use one input source in all documents"
That should tell the system to never switch the international keyboard.
But it does.

Does anyone know why an FB app would cause the keyboard to switch to  
USA ?
