Only if there is a volunteer to assist with such a project.

The current html help required massive revisions to make it somewhat  
reflect FB5 rather than FB4. There is still more work to do for the  
html help. Finding volunteers to work on documentation is not easy; It  
requires motivation, commitment to finish the job and enough knowledge  
to bridge the FB4 to FB5 gap. Interested FBers who have the required
