Either the responding person isn't informed or isn't willing to tell the facts, or they are still in a decision process. My impression is the latter. I don't think that they are going to write an RB-compiler (re #3) or they've tried and dropped the development which may explain the long delay. OK there is still some time for switching to Cocoa but with respect to customers its time to act. I think RB is aware of this (not perfectly defined) time-line. We shall see...
