Cocoa does use "dot-notation" -- but it does not force OOP programming.
Great if things are so easy. Then we will soon see procedural FB6
that allows general access of the Cocoa API.
One may mis-use classes as subroutines; is that what you mean by "it
does not force OOP programming"?
