Ya know Mark .. You Might have hit it .. A few days ago I Globalized some 
FNs and allocated Memory for some Rects ..

If the "Bug" reappears .. I'll go back and do some "Revamping" on them

Tell ya what .. It does get exasperating when it happens .. What THREW me 
was the Alert wanted a : instead of a " at the end of the INCLUDE line .. 

And .. JUST for the heck of it .. I gave it a : to see what FB's reaction 
would be ..

I got the appropriate "Bug Alert"

But Again .. When I rewrote the Line .. Why didn't I still get the "Bug 
Alert" 

It had/has me puzzled .. You Can Bet The Farm On That
