2/ i tried this in FB after a catastrophic session when i was so
  gone that i forgot to save... However Fb tokenises the keywords
  once typed (that's how you can type in lower case and they
  become uppercase automatically - a good keyword 'spellchecker')
  and so it was impossible to recover...
