Being a teenager myself, I can't help but speak on the subject.  What I
believe will happen is this...  The world will never be in the hands of
the incapable unless EVERY single person on earth becomes incapable.  If
even only one capable person is left he or she will own everything and
be in complete power (save a few exceptions, of course).  I don't know
how many people actually think that a stoner from taco bell is going to
own a chain of hotels, or some such other expensive powerful
thing/asset, but the chances are _SLIM_.  The power will always remain
with the intelligent capable beings.  It's my opinion.
