What about St. Patrick's Day?  Maybe that's ok though since he was a 
baptist.  :-)  Actually I am not a big fan of making a big hullabaloo at 
church for Christmas or Easter (or any holiday for that matter).  The 
Lord has given us 1 day in seven that we are to gather and celebrate 
each week the incarnation, life, ministry, death and resurrection of 
Christ.  And has individual Christians, we should be celebrating these 
things everyday as we give thanks to God for what He has given to us and 
accomplished for us in His Son, Jesus Christ.
    I will say we do celebrate these things as a family holiday - but 
even that is fairly low key.
