Both reflecting the sad sorry state of affairs in our nation and in a large part of what calls itself Christianity. There was one guy who claimed to be an 'evangelical' and a 'social liberal' (sort of oxymoronic). It was interesting to hear how this guy whittled down the authority of the Word of God from the whole Bible, to the New Testament to the Sermon on the Mount.
