Could we possible see the outline of the budget proposal

From 5 pages to 2 pages.

The numbers are not important, but the format might be very valuable.

We had our Annual Stewardship meeting tonight.  What traditionally has
taken 2-3 meetings more than 2 hours at a time, I was able to cut it to
one 1 1/2 hour meeting.  We made our budget go from 5 pages to 2 pages.
If you can make your budget process simpler it would be worth it.  Also,
go into the meetings with an idea of what needs to be done and provide a
basic outline of a possible proposed budget letting everyone know that
anything can be changed.  This is one change that I have made where I
made everyone happy and glad that I was the Pastor.
