Sproll seemed to be saying that the witnessing is more subjective with 
personal testimony and evangelizing is more objective with the proclamation 
of the truths of the gospel.

Faith comes from hearing the Word of God, not from hearing a personal 
testimony.

However, every Christian should fill their testimony with God's Word, then 
they will both witness and evangelize.
