Christ never said a pastor could marry a second wife while the first one was
still living, as far as I have ever studied. Even if you don't see a
prohibition of divorce, do you then assume the "right" to remarry?

ps - i have to say that this is the only group i have
ever heard of where 1 tim 3:2 is used to say divorce
is wrong for a pastor - divorce may not be the best
thing, but it is allowed - even by the words of christ
himself :)
