Miguel,
foreknowledge and predestination cannot be separated - what God knows 
will happen happens because He decreed it and what God has decreed he 
obviously knows will happen in time. In Scripture the two always either 
appear together or the one is implied where the other is present. God's 
primary purpose in all things is to glorify Himself. All that God does 
is perfect and righteous He does not need to resort to plan B.
