Jesus frequently uses "a certain ..." in his parables. And just because he did use a proper name on this occasion does not substantiate that it was true history. You have to read into it too much to make that claim. Jesus was telling the story to make a certain point as he did with all his parables. The mention of Lazarus could very well have been because of the Lazarus Jesus would raise from the dead in John 11 and still the Jews did not believe. Was Luke 16 before or after John 11? It would be interesting to know whether Jesus was speaking prophetically of what he would do or he was pointing back to it as an example.
