There is no contradiction.  Jesus, as the Son of Man was to be obedient
to God as a man.  He did this because He delighted to do the Father's
will.  Psalm 40:8.

                        "I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law
is within my heart."

We need to understand that Jesus acted as God, the Son, and His other
divine offices.  I can give more evidence later if you wish,  Right now,
I'm pressed for time.
