That is what we are trying to say, the NWT is a perverted book. AND that there are modern version in line with the NWT.
To a JW the NWT is their bible, that is fine for them. But I still believe it is a perverted bible.
To some the N-L-T, N-I-V, A-S-V, M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E etc... is their bibles, that is fine for them. But I still believe they are perverted bibles.
To some (myself included) the King James Version is our Bible and we believe it is God's Word. That is fine for us, and we will teach it, preach it and try to practice it as much as possible.
As believers, we are free in Christ to read which bible we chose. A preacher says he uses the NIV, that is fine with me. Who am I to say he can or can't. He just could not use it as a teacher or preacher at Spruceland Baptist Church in Prince George, BC, Canada.
However, anyone can and should take a stand for what they believe concerning God's Word.

These are good and godly thoughts, let us keep a sweet spirit in the liberty that we have in Christ.
May God help us carry on in the Spirit of Christ.
