I still maintain that Jesus death on the Cross as the second Adam did away
with the positional sin. Therefore, it is our SINS that condemn us, Eph
2:1. Based on this, the innocent child can be allowed into heaven based on
the work of Christ on the Cross. The person who come to the "age of
accountability that is the first time they realize and understand their
need of Christ, at this point their sin of unbelief condemn them, John
3:18ff.

 << File: ATT00006.htm >> Steve,
You bring up a good point for discussion" believing vs. unbelieving
parents, but here in Bro. Jeff's post these children made the profession of
faith themselves. It was independent (a good word!) of their parent's
relation to Christ. Are you suggesting that they too have a dependency of
their parents in regards to their salvation?
Another question I have for you (a different but related area) is the
unbelieving husband of saved (believer) wife--are the husbands going to
heaven because of the saved wife since they are one flesh? If the husband
sanctified by the wife?

  DW,
See my other post in response to Jeff. I think what we can gather from
2 Sam. 12:23 is that believing parents can have confidence that their
children who die in infancy will go to heaven, but I do not see that same
confidence for unbelievers. If you do, please show me where and on what
basis unbelievers can have that confidence when they themselves do not even
have that same confidence.

  Peace,
  STeve

Thank God for these children added to the family of God.

Greetings from the TRUE NORTH STRONG AND FREE...

Where we just closed VBS last night and had 7 children (ages not sure
at this time, but I will look) to profess to receive Jesus Christ as
personal Saviour.

Bro. Steve wrote--
Charles and others who hold to the 'innocence of a child before the age
of
    accountability',
Could you "with Confidence" tell the non-Christian parents of a child
who
    has died before this
'age of accountability' that their child is in heaven?

Yes,

If so, then on what Biblical basis could you
 stand on for this claim?

David's bastard child in Samuel.
