Cecil Carter was born March 27, 1913,  today Bro. Carter is still activily 
serving God. Does telephone interviews to a number radio programs 
every month.

During WWII Bro. Carter  ministered to hundreds of service men and 
women servicing with Soldiers and Airmen's Christian Association, in 
Prince Rupert, BC.

After WWII Bro. Carter became a SHANTYMAN MISSIONARY taking 
the Gospel of Jesus Christ into Logging Camps in Northern BC.
Hiking miles into the back country to preach to a few or to many. He 
was there to be God's man.

I have met a number of men here in Prince George who were lead to 
Jesus Christ by Bro. Carter.

You might judge his spirit, however, you are wrong.
