Neil:  Yes, I agree that this work could be added to the bibliography.  And, yes, I agree that he was a dispensationalist.  However, he was very much a "progressive" in his dispensational theology, and as a fellow "progressive" dispensationalist I feel he would agree with me that New Covenant theologians are not far off from the kingdom!
