From what I can understand they do not like those terms very much. It is,
apparently, possible to be high church, liturgical, etc., and still be very
evangelical. And there can be those who are anti-liturgy and be very
liberal.

Did not the Oxford movement push them in that direction? Remember John Henry
Newman? He was so high that he eventually went over to the RCC.

Again I am speaking from only very vague knowledge but I would say there
would be more than that.

I think both Carey and Coggin did identify with evangelicalism at some stage
of their 'careers'.
