I was quite taken by a number of requests for my modest tome. It is
available through Amazon, Borders, Barnes & Noble & Wal-Mart and the
like. LifeWay stores carry it, as do several seminary bookstores. For
whatever reason, it seems to have enjoyed more success in Europe than
over here - and part of the problem was a switch in US distributors at
a very critical time. That being said, I am ordering a new little
supply for myself. I will be happy to let those go at cost for any who
are interested. And, I hope the CVBBS will be carrying it as well. I
like to support their ministry and would be happy to have you get it
there. If you're into that kind of thing, I will be more than happy to
sign one, purchased anywhere (though I'm pretty sure my Mom probably
has the entire first printing) - and so it may enjoy the extra
curiosity of of my own ink within.

Be all that as it may, thanks again for the interest, and let me know
