Would someone be interested in helping me to understand this passage,
Acts 14:16 and 17:30?

If God "passed over the sins previously committed", "allowed all nations
to walk in their own ways", and overlooked "these times of ignorance",
how does this effect salvation to those who had no contact with the
nation of Israel and knew nothing about Yahweh, pre the time of
spreading the Gospel?  Or does it?
